Medicare Enrollment can be a source of anxiety and confusion for many older adults and their families. LOA is here to help! Through the Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP), LOA’s trained volunteers can help navigate the enrollment process, compare plans and costs, and explain the different coverages. Appointments are available now at our off-site counseling center. Walk-ins are welcomed, but appointments are recommended to avoid a wait.
