Caregiver Counseling is available for adult care providers of individuals 60 and over who might benefit from one-on-one sessions with a licensed counselor. A counselor can provide a confidential space to process difficult emotions, and offer practical strategies for stress management and problem-solving, and facilitating better communication within the family. They can help with developing new coping mechanisms, setting healthy boundaries, and finding a balance between caregiving responsibilities and personal needs.
